The Design: You choose the design you want by choosing the finish, the handle, and the base plate.
The Weight/Size: The size and weight depend on the handle chosen. We have them listed below.
The Material: Our razors are produced with a combination of CNC milling and wire EDM. This allows them to be produced with better accuracy and consistency. The stainless steel material makes them durable, strong and easy to maintain. To finish, they are hand polished to produce a brilliant shine or matte finish.
Customization: You can customize almost every aspect of your razor with our kit. Choose from a variety of handles, base plates, blade gaps, and finally, your finish.
Blade Exposure: .95 mm blade gap is 0.002" and 0.68 mm is zero.

About the Blade Gap:
- 0.95mm blade gap MEDIUM AGGRESSIVE: Gets very close very quickly without irritation
- 0.68mm blade gap MILD: Nice and mild but takes more passes to get BBS
FINISH
- MATTE FINISH: Dull glass beaded finish. The matte finish creates a much more durable long lasting finish
- POLISHED: Ultra shiny finish. The polished finish is more prone to scratches and wear and tear
**NOTE** The underside of the caps are NOT polished. Tool marks may be visible here. This surface is left unpolished to keep a tight tolerance on the pinch of the blade. The tops of the base plates (where the blade goes) does not get as much attention as the rest of the base plate due to the fact that it is going to get scratched by the blade upon use.
