The Anatomy Of Your Razor

The Anatomy Of Your Razor

Our razors have 4 main parts:

  1. The Cap: The cap is the top part of the razor, protecting you from the complete exposure of the blade. It also is the main component holding the blade and base plate to the handle. To assemble, simply align the cap, blade and base plate. Then, screw the cap into the handle.
  2. The Base Plate: This piece is important because it impacts your shave and protects the blade. The base plate usually has small holes underneath to allow water and hair to run out.
  3. The Handle: The handle is an extension of your hand; with it, you are able to control your shave by applying as much or as little pressure to the razor.
  4. The Stand: The stand completes the razor; while functionally allowing the razor to stand upright. It helps to make sure all water and hair are fully drained. With our stand, you can proudly flaunt your beautifully crafted razor on your bathroom counter or shelf.
